What this role is about
Miller ClearPath Customs Inc. is a growing 3PL and e-commerce fulfillment company specializing in Amazon FBA, overseas warehouse services, inventory management, and logistics solutions. We are seeking an experienced Overseas Warehouse Operations Assistant to support our expanding warehouse operations. Job Responsibilities: Print and process shipping labels for customer orders and Amazon FBA shipments. Enter shipment, inventory, and order information into warehouse management systems (WMS). Assist with inbound receiving and outbound shipping operations. Monitor inventory levels and investigate inventory discrepancies. Coordinate shipment schedules and transportation appointments. Prepare shipping documents and reports. Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal warehouse teams. Support daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks. Ensure accurate inventory records and system updates.
Requirements
Required: Previous overseas warehouse (海外仓) experience. Experience printing shipping labels and processing orders. Experience entering and maintaining data in warehouse systems. Basic computer skills, including Excel and email. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred: Amazon FBA experience. Experience with 3PL or fulfillment center operations. Experience using WMS, ERP, ShipStation, Seller Central, or similar systems. English and Chinese bilingual preferred.
