What You Will Do at arenaflex As a member of our Amazon product management team, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple facets of e-commerce operations, gaining valuable hands-on experience that will serve you throughout your career. Your responsibilities will include: Product Listing Optimization Create compelling, SEO-optimized product listings that capture attention and drive conversions Write engaging, persuasive product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits Research and select relevant keywords to improve product discoverability in Amazon's search results Upload and optimize high-quality product images that meet Amazon's technical requirements and brand standards Ensure all product information complies with Amazon's policies and guidelines Continuously test and refine listing elements to maximize click-through rates and sales performance Inventory Management & Control Monitor daily inventory levels across multiple product categories and SKUs Update product availability in real-time to prevent overselling and minimize stockouts Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory counts and timely restocking Implement inventory tracking systems and processes to maintain optimal stock levels Analyze inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities for improvement Support seasonal inventory planning and forecasting initiatives Data Entry & Analytics Accurately enter and maintain product data in Amazon's Seller Central backend systems Input and manage pricing information, including competitive pricing strategies Maintain comprehensive product specifications, dimensions, and technical details Process shipping configurations and fulfillment settings for new and existing products Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and performance reports to identify trends Generate insightful reports that inform product strategy and business decisions Make data-driven recommendations to improve product performance and profitability Customer Experience Support Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, orders, and shipping Address customer concerns and feedback in a professional, timely manner Monitor and respond to product reviews to maintain positive seller ratings Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex issues Contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction metrics Document common questions and issues to support team knowledge base development
