We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Vendor Central (US) – Overstock / Inventory Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working approximately 15–20 hours per week. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control, who are experienced in managing vendor relationships and optimizing inventory levels within Amazon Vendor Central. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing overstock management, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers and internal teams, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support business growth.Responsibilities• Manage overstock and inventory levels on Amazon Vendor Central to prevent stockouts and excess stock.• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products, utilizing procurement management best practices.• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms to track inventory movements, purchase orders, and supplier performance.• Conduct sourcing activities and negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms.• Monitor MRP (Material Requirements Planning) data to forecast demand accurately and optimize procurement schedules.• Oversee supply chain operations including logistics, vendor management, and inventory control to streamline processes.• Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing agreements, and supplier information within procurement systems.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, logistics, and sales to align inventory strategies with business objectives.• Analyze data related to supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
