We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Modifications team in Long Beach, CA by transforming data into actionable insights that improve program Execution, schedule performance and decision-making. This role will partner with Program and Project managers, Engineering, and Supply Chain to develop dashboards, maintain data integrity, and support performance reporting across modification programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to build foundational experience in program analytics, data visualization, and operational performance management. Position Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to track program performance (schedule, cost, milestones, resource utilization) Support development and administration of project tracking solutions in Smartsheet Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency Assist in building standardized reporting templates and data models for PMO use Analyze trends and provide insights to support program reviews and leadership decision-making Support maturity assessment efforts, scorecard development and KPI tracking Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and automation Implement API pipelines
