What this role is about
Davinci Micro Fulfillment partners with brands to optimize their direct-to-consumer eCommerce operations through quick, efficient, and cost-effective fulfillment solutions. By strategically placing inventory in micro-fulfillment centers across the U.S., we reduce lead times, lower freight costs, and drive higher inventory turns. As an extension of our partners, we deliver integrated solutions that maximize sell‑through while minimizing waste and cost. Responsibilities: Receive, stock, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders/invoices, ensuring no damages or discrepancies; enter receipts into the WMS system and store inbound products in appropriate locations. Ship, pack, label, and prepare outbound orders, ensuring they match picking tickets; schedule and track carrier pickups and shipments. Operate material‑handling equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Maintain detailed records of daily shipments and receipts. Keep the dock and warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years in shipping and receiving; carrier knowledge is helpful. Physical strength: Able to lift, push, pull, and carry 50–100 lbs frequently. Technical skills: Proficiency in using RF scanners, inventory software, and computer systems. Certifications: Forklift experience and certification required. Attributes: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment. Math and reasoning: High degree of math skills and the ability to solve problems independently. Systems: Prior experience using WMS, TMS, and inventory control systems required. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Physical Requirements: Continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting on hard surfaces. Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
