What You’ll Do: Build and maintain scalable web applications using React.js/Next.js, and Node.js. Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB is a strong plus. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end features. Integrate APIs and third-party services, ensuring optimal performance and security. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies. Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and write clean, maintainable code. Stay up to date with new technologies and suggest improvements to systems and processes. Soft Skills: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English to convey complex technical ideas clearly and effectively across diverse audiences including clients, team members, and stakeholders. Client-Centric Approach: Maintains a clear understanding of business goals and user needs, consistently aiming to deliver features that add real value and enhance client satisfaction.
