FedEx is seeking Inventory Associate to load, unload, sort, and move packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Package Handlers are responsible for unloading packages from trailers and delivery vehicles, sorting packages by destination using conveyor belt systems, scanning packages into the tracking system, loading packages into delivery trucks, and ensuring packages are handled safely and efficiently according to company procedures. At FedEx, Warehouse Workers play a vital role in ensuring that packages are processed accurately and on time by following safety policies, package handling procedures, and productivity standards. The expectation is for workers to perform their duties efficiently and cautiously to meet the hourly sorting and loading quotas. Depending on operational demands, employees may be assigned tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, or scanning.
