What this role is about
The ICQA Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory across the warehouse. This individual will be responsible for working inside the warehouse doing: Unloading truck and processing receiving records, Creating back-stock pallet locations and storing inventory, Working with the Receiving Team Lead on forward pick bin replenishments, Confirming inventory accuracy through cycle counts. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts according to SOPs, Investigate and reconcile inventory variances, Confirming incoming inventory working with the Receiving Team Lead and Customer Service, Work with leadership to improve inventory workflows and reduce errors, Update the WMS (warehouse management system) of inventory discrepancies, Participate in physical inventory and year-end counts. Requirements
Prior inventory or warehouse experience in a fulfillment or logistics environment preferred. Familiarity with working on a WMS systems (e.g., ShipHero, ShipStation, Logiwa, or other) is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Physically able to stand, walk, and lift boxes up to 30 lbs when needed.
