This is a critical execution role in a company that is scaling quickly across multiple retail channels, Amazon, and DTC. You will own finished goods inventory from the moment product leaves our co-manufacturer to the moment it lands in the hands of a customer, retailer, or distribution center. You are the connective tissue between supply and demand. You will work hand-in-hand with our Director of Supply Chain (who owns everything upstream: ingredients, co-manufacturers, and production planning) and our Demand Planner to make sure we never go out of stock, never miss a fill rate, and never get caught off guard on inventory approaching best-by dates. You will also partner closely with Sales and Marketing to stay ahead of commercial activity and make sure inventory is positioned to support it. You report to the COO. You own your function. You do not wait to be told what to do. What You'll Own: Finished Goods Inventory Management (visibility across 3PL, UNFI/Kehe, Amazon FBA, retailer DCs; real-time monitoring; low stock/stockout/best-by date flagging; reorder triggers and min/max thresholds; production timing alignment). Fulfillment Execution & Logistics (coordinate outbound shipments; track inbound/outbound shipments; troubleshoot delays; freight and carrier coordination for OTIF performance; inventory reconciliation across systems like Cin7, Amazon Seller Central, SPS Commerce/EDI). Amazon Inventory Operations (FBA inventory ownership including send-in plans, replenishment, stranded inventory resolution, storage limits; IPI score, aged inventory, sell-through rate monitoring; coordination for promotional events). Wholesale & Retailer Compliance (manage EDI orders via SPS Commerce; UNFI deductions and chargebacks resolution; maintain compliance with retailer routing guides and labeling). Cross-Functional Coordination (partner with Sales/Marketing for inventory needs; flag inventory risks to COO, Director of Supply Chain, Head of Growth; work with Finance on inventory valuations, COGS, working capital).
