The Warehouse Inventory Control follows team guidelines for management and control of product inventory. Performs a variety of functions to include cycle counts, inventory adjustment, replenishments and resolves overstock and damages issues. Responsibilities include Inventory Control, Replenishment, Overstock and Damages, Returns, and other assigned duties.
Requirements
Essential Functions: Inventory Control (using computer system-generated reports, cycle counts, audits, identifies/corrects errors, sets up/adjusts storage locations, investigates discrepancies, edits invoices, alerts Supervisor to non-conformances, keeps aisles clear, maintains storage location integrity, ensures regulatory compliance for DEA, OSHA, FDA, EPA, BoP, local/state agencies); Replenishment (assesses pick location for proper restock settings, matches product, cycle counts); Overstock and Damages (updates placards/labels, communicates with vendors/PLSI Liaison/procurement, obtains return PO's, updates warehouse management system, monitors discrepancies, determines disposition of damaged product, alerts Supervisor); Returns (processes returned merchandise, works with Sales Rep's/Sales Managers/Vendor Returns Department). Additional Responsibilities: Transacting business in accordance to Patterson Companies business code of ethics and conduct, aligning with Patterson Companies Purpose, Vision and Values statement, using assigned warehouse equipment/machinery, meeting/exceeding assigned performance metrics and KPIs, helping maintain an organized, clean and safe warehouse, handling all hazardous materials, pesticides, and prescription drugs according to Company's processes/procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, performing all work in accordance with Company Safety guidelines and procedures.
