American Bubble Boy is an online retailer that operates a several small warehouses across the country, selling packaging supplies and goods on major online platforms. Starting at $23.00/hr Job Summary American Bubble Boy is looking for motivated individual to lead in the operation of a small warehouse. This position is a demanding job with daily packing and shipping quotas. Time management and self motivation is a key. Shifts will be 7:30am-4:00pm Monday through Friday(30 minute lunch) 40hrs per week This warehouse operates 7 days a week. A secondary position is dedicated to covering the weekend; however, weekends may be occasionally required of this position also. Warehouse leads will be expected to work closely with the main office to compile and package inventory for daily shipping quotas. Verify order reception and confirm with the main office. Pick, pack, scan, and ship daily orders using common shipping carriers. Receive and stock supplies and materials. Regularly take inventory of all product lines.. Warehouse leads will be required to communicate frequently and effectively with management and maintain efficiency and organization in the warehouse, ensuring that all employees on location are adhering to quotas and guidelines provided by management. Responsibilities of the role include Performing the picking and packing for shipment of orders Loading and unloading items Facilitating the receipt of all incoming shipments Ensuring same-day fulfillment of ALL orders Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and minor upkeep of warehouse facility Communicating openly with other departments and management on a daily basis Ensuring efficiency and adherence to quotas, by all team members on location, at all times This is a hands-on position!
