The client, a leader in the development of autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a high-energy Logistics Operations Associate to join their Advanced Hardware Manufacturing team. This is a critical role responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of electronic components—from initial receiving and inspection to production kitting and final shipment. Core Responsibilities: Inventory Control & Transactions: Perform all material movement transactions in SAP/MRP, including creating work orders, transferring inventory, and processing ship/receive orders. Warehouse Management: Manage physical and transactional duties for incoming purchase orders, kitting materials for the production line, and performing cycle counts. Quality & Inspection: Perform incoming physical and visual inspections, ensuring all document verification and quality records are accurate. Triage & Analysis: Assist with inventory analysis, resolve discrepancies, and triage incoming parts for rework, repair, or scrap. Collaboration: Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve roadblocks, prioritize urgent material orders, and report on inventory status. Fulfillment Operations: Handle internal product transfers, RMA processes, and return-to-vendor (RTV) shipments.
