What this role is about
We are seeking reliable and motivated on-call Warehouse Associates to support our operations on an as-needed basis. This position is ideal for individuals who are flexible, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will assist with picking, packing, inventory, and loading/unloading shipments while maintaining safety and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack orders accurately based on order slips or RF scanner systems. Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets safely and efficiently. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory and process orders. Organize inventory and maintain stock in proper locations. Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts or audits. Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Experience with forklift, pallet jack, or similar equipment preferred. Comfortable using RF scanners or inventory tracking systems. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred. Forklift certification preferred. Experience in picking/packing and shipping/receiving preferred. Basic computer or inventory system knowledge preferred.
