Below is a snapshot of the core responsibilities you’ll own: Key Responsibilities Pricing Accuracy Monitoring: Continuously track and validate pricing data across Amazon’s marketplaces to ensure that customers see correct, competitive, and compliant prices at all times. Audit Execution & Reporting: Conduct systematic audits of operational workflows, system outputs, and third‑party data feeds. Document findings, generate detailed audit reports, and present actionable insights to leadership. Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify inefficiencies, root causes, and emerging trends in pricing operations. Recommend, design, and implement process enhancements that reduce errors and improve turnaround time. Quality Metric Management: Define, track, and maintain quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for assigned processes, ensuring that performance targets are met or exceeded. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Intelligence, Automation, Technology, and Vendor Management teams to drive system upgrades, automation scripts, and policy changes that elevate pricing fidelity. Customer Issue Resolution: Work closely with Amazon Customer Service Representatives to investigate pricing‑related customer complaints, provide timely resolutions, and communicate corrective actions. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and best‑practice guides for the pricing analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Data‑Driven Decision Making: Leverage Excel, SQL, and Amazon’s internal analytics tools to extract, manipulate, and visualize data that supports strategic decision making. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all pricing activities comply with regulatory requirements, Amazon policies, and contractual obligations with vendors and partners.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
