Remote Amazon Data Entry Specialist – Precision Product Listing & Inventory Management at arenaflex | youJob

Key Responsibilities: Accurately input and update product information—including titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels—directly into Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central. Conduct rigorous data validation checks to guarantee that all entries meet arenaflex’s quality standards and Amazon’s compliance policies. Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, such as mismatched SKUs, missing images, or inaccurate attribute values, in a timely manner. Monitor live Amazon listings for errors, policy violations, or performance issues, and initiate corrective actions as needed. Maintain organized, searchable records of all data entry activities, including change logs, audit trails, and version control documentation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—product managers, account managers, and technical support—to clarify data requirements and troubleshoot complex listing challenges. Provide clear, concise communication to teammates and stakeholders regarding data-related issues, status updates, and improvement recommendations. Adhere to arenaflex’s data entry protocols, security guidelines, and confidentiality agreements to protect client information. Assist in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry, ensuring continuous process optimization. Participate in periodic training sessions, webinars, and knowledge-sharing forums to stay current on Amazon marketplace updates and industry best practices. Essential Qualifications: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in data entry, e-commerce operations, or a related administrative role, preferably within the Amazon ecosystem. Strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace structure, including Seller Central, Vendor Central, and the nuances of product taxonomy. Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of delivering error-free work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data management software such as Google Sheets, Airtable, or proprietary CRM tools. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, enabling you to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high quality. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, self-motivate, and manage your own workflow without constant supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for clear collaboration with remote teammates and external clients. High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
