What this role is about
As a full-stack developer at this company, you will have the opportunity to work on building and shipping scalable, production-grade features across frontend and backend systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript. - Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Node.js and REST APIs. - Collaborating with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions. - Working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning. - Contributing to scalable microservices architecture, ensuring reliability, fault tolerance, and maintainability. - Identifying and resolving frontend/backend performance bottlenecks, production issues, and architectural challenges. - Driving engineering best practices around code quality, testing, scalability, and system design. - Taking end-to-end ownership of features from ideation and development to deployment and monitoring.
Requirements
47 years of strong full-stack development experience (product startup experience preferred). Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Strong backend development experience with Node.js. Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Good understanding of frontend rendering, performance optimization, caching, and website loading lifecycle. Experience building and scaling microservices-based applications. Familiarity with AWS cloud services and modern engineering practices. Strong problem-solving ability, ownership mindset, and self-driven execution. Ability to think at scale and contribute to architecture and system design decisions. It would be good to have experience working in high-growth product startups, exposure to distributed systems and large-scale web applications, experience with frontend performance optimization, PageSpeed metrics, and modern web architecture, understanding of CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and cloud-native development, as well as a strong eye for UI/UX and product quality.
