This role requires advanced skills in managing and analyzing digital legal records, with a strong command of database systems, Excel, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will also possess supervisory experience to guide and train junior analysts, ensuring high standards of data accuracy and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead the analysis and management of computerized legal records and databases. Use Excel for advanced data manipulation, reporting, and statistical analysis. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM or legal systems to filter, search, and extract relevant data. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support legal team performance and compliance. Supervise and train a team of entry-level analysts, ensuring consistent quality and productivity. Collaborate with leadership to improve data workflows and reporting capabilities.
