What this role is about
Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, and Python. Build responsive dashboards, workflows, forms, and reusable UI components using Material UI or similar frameworks. Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise compliance workflows. Create and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, indexes, queries, and migrations. Integrate AI/ML capabilities such as LLM APIs, prompt workflows, embeddings, document intelligence, and semantic search. Deploy and support applications on AWS using services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, ECS, or EKS. Implement secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, RBAC, audit logging, and data protection controls. Collaborate with Product, UX, Security, Compliance SMEs, and Data Science teams to deliver high-quality features. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, testing, debugging, and production support. Maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 4–6 years of professional full-stack development experience. Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with Node.js and/or Python backend development. Strong PostgreSQL experience, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization. Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch. Experience with Git, code reviews, CI/CD practices, and Agile/Scrum delivery. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
