What this role is about
You will join the Compliance Automation Team, building cloud-native platforms that help enterprise teams automate compliance, risk, governance, evidence management, assessments, and audit readiness. The team works closely with Product, UX, Security, Compliance, Data Science, and Platform Engineering to deliver secure, scalable, AI-enabled solutions. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will build end-to-end capabilities across the CASE Platform, from responsive React-based user experiences to backend APIs, PostgreSQL data models, AWS services, and AI-powered automation workflows. Your work will help reduce manual compliance effort, improve operational visibility, and enable teams to make faster, data-driven decisions.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 4–6 years of professional full-stack development experience. Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with Node.js and/or Python backend development. Strong PostgreSQL experience, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization. Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch. Experience with Git, code reviews, CI/CD practices, and Agile/Scrum delivery. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in compliance, GRC, risk, audit, evidence management, or workflow automation domains. Hands-on exposure to AI/ML integration, including LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG, or prompt engineering. Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar tools. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline. Knowledge of enterprise security practices, RBAC, secrets management, encryption, audit trails, and observability. Familiarity with vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, OpenSearch, or FAISS.
