About The Role We are looking for a talented Member of Technical Staff (MTS) to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will build scalable, intelligent systems that leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities while maintaining robust backend and frontend applications. You will be part of a collaborative, innovation-driven team pushing the boundaries of full-stack development and AI/ML integration. What You'll Be Doing Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks and best practices Build and optimize microservices architectures for scalability and performance Integrate AI/ML capabilities into production systems, including LLM-based agents and AI workflows Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java, Python, and Node.js Create responsive, performant frontend applications using React.js Design and optimize database schemas and queries for high-performance applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
