Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Raytheon Field Engineering is seeking a Test Engineer II to support the Trident Integrated Support Facility (ISF). In this role, you’ll drive the testing, troubleshooting, and validation of advanced electromechanical systems while supporting automated test equipment and production operations. This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands‑on work, data analysis, and collaborating across disciplines in a mission‑critical defense environment. What You Will Do: Perform testing, diagnostics, and fault analysis of complex electromechanical systems. Support installation, qualification, and maintenance of automated functional and environmental test systems. Develop clear and effective test procedures, technical documentation, and training materials. Train and guide production and test personnel on equipment and processes. Analyze test data and performance trends; support root‑cause and corrective‑action efforts. Provide technical support for hardware/software development and production test operations. Conduct investigations for Out‑of‑Tolerance events and support impact assessments. Present technical findings to leadership and customer representatives. Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with specifications and procedures.
