As a Warehouse Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting logistics operations to keep Amazons world-renowned delivery promise. You will be on your feet, moving packages between locations, and operating equipment with safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Receive, sort, and scan incoming inventory; Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently; Operate scanners to track inventory movement and order processing; Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 49 lbs; Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift; Maintain clean and organized workstations; Follow strict safety, quality, and production standards; Work in different departments as needed (e.g., sortation, stow, pick, pack, ship).
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Basic computer and scanner proficiency. Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Commitment to punctuality and good attendance. No previous warehouse or logistics experience required – full training provided. Previous experience in physical labor or production roles is a plus. Experience working with handheld scanning devices or similar technology is beneficial. Physical stamina to stand/walk during shifts and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to adapt to changing environments and multi-task under pressure. Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude. Ability to work in varying temperatures (some facilities are climate-controlled, others are not). Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
