We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick items according to order sheets and warehouse inventory system. Carefully pack products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and safety. Perform quality checks on products and packaging. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Operate warehouse equipment (if certified) such as pallet jacks or forklifts. Report discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. Basic reading and math skills for order verification. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Team player with a positive and flexible attitude. Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience is a plus. On-the-job training available for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse safety standards. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational and time management skills.
