Born To Race (BTR) is a growing motorcycle apparel company looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our daily shipping, inventory, and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position. We are looking for someone who is reliable, takes responsibility for their work, and is comfortable performing warehouse duties throughout the day. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company. Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and prepare daily customer orders for shipment. Generate and apply shipping labels using UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Prepare shipments for daily carrier pickups and occasionally deliver packages to local carrier locations when needed. Receive, inspect, and process customer returns. Repackage, restock, and organize returned merchandise. Receive incoming inventory shipments and verify quantities. Unload boxes and organize inventory onto warehouse shelving and racks. Assist with monthly shipment receiving and warehouse unloading. Maintain accurate inventory organization and stock placement. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently. Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse operations.
