What this role is about
Diverse Auto Lights is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Shipping Coordinator to assist with packaging, shipping, and return processing for OEM automotive headlights. We specialize exclusively in premium OEM headlamps and are looking for someone who can help maintain an organized and efficient shipping workflow. Responsibilities: Package OEM automotive headlights safely and professionally Print shipping labels and invoices Place invoices and paperwork inside shipment boxes Securely package headlights in 30x15x15 boxes using protective materials Schedule freight pickups and coordinate with trucking companies Organize outgoing shipments and maintain warehouse organization Receive and inspect returned headlights Check returned headlights for damage, condition, and completeness Report any damaged or incorrect returns to management Assist with inventory handling and general warehouse support What We Offer: Stable full-time position Clean and organized work environment Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing automotive company Consistent daily workflow and structured systems
Requirements
Strong attention to detail Reliable and organized Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Basic computer and printer skills Ability to lift and move packages safely Shipping or warehouse experience preferred Automotive parts experience is a plus
