What this role is about
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping & receiving processes. Duties: Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely delivery of products. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently. Manage stock levels through stocking and inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms. Load and unload shipments while adhering to safety protocols. Use order pickers and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) for accurate order fulfillment. Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and warehouse distribution tasks. Support packaging activities for e-commerce orders with attention to detail and quality standards.
Requirements
Prior warehouse experience preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners; certification is advantageous. Strong basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy. Experience with shipping & receiving processes and order fulfillment procedures. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 is desirable. Ability to lift heavy loads safely and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
