What this role is about
The Warehouse Logistics Associate is integral to Frito-Lay's operations. This role is dedicated to handling and relocating materials throughout the warehouse in a demanding and physically strenuous setting. The individual supports the everyday running of the warehouse while maintaining a safe and orderly workplace. The role may also act as a route to career advancement within Frito-Lay and its parent company, PepsiCo. Main Responsibilities: Load and unload pallets and individual cases onto and off trailers in line with established procedures. Pick cases to match order specifications using the required technology. Operate a forklift safely after completing the company-provided training and certification. Stack cases on the truck trailer floor or load trailers via carts as required. Maintain general cleanliness and complete the sanitation duties assigned. Assist with warehouse operations and material movement work as directed.
Requirements
Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts. Must possess the ability to lift fifteen to fifty pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must possess the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must possess the ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must possess the ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts. Must be willing and able to work under challenging warehouse conditions. Work environment involves high-tempo, physically demanding warehouse settings; schedules may include weekends, holidays, and off-shifts. Employees are required to stay standing for the entire shift. Duties may involve extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous or loud machinery, slick floors, and elevated work using ladders or lifts.
