We are seeking a reliable, forward-thinking self-starter with leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have: Experience leading teams of 10-20 employees Experience with outbound/shipping duties such as picking, QA, staging, loading trailers, forklift operation, RF scanning, and inventory control Forklift certification and experience (sit-down, stand-up reach, order picker) Experience with WMS systems (currently SAP) Ability to work in a process-driven environment, adhering to daily process observations and audits A strong safety culture, completing daily safety observations and audits Looking for a candidate with excellent attendance, availability for overtime, and the ability to lead positively through coaching, process adherence, and safety promotion.
